Job summary

DoubleTree Denver, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily hotel operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive profitability across departments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in hotel operations management with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in F&B leadership.
• Hilton/DoubleTree experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of hospitality standards, trends, practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven budgeting and financial analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in Hilton PMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: oversee day-to-day hotel operations and SOPs to ensure quality.
• Guest Experience: drive guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Team Leadership: support department heads; lead weekly operations meetings.
• Financial Oversight: monitor costs, staffing, and purchasing; work to meet revenue targets.
• Compliance & Safety: uphold health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strategic Planning: contribute to hotel business strategies and growth.
