Responsibilities

Source and originate LIHTC and affordable housing opportunities across the United States.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, housing authorities, agencies, lenders, and investors.
Lead evaluation and underwriting of acquisitions and development opportunities.
Structure transactions using LIHTCs, debt, grants, and other funding sources.
Lead projects through full development lifecycle from site ID to stabilization.
Coordinate with internal and external partners across disciplines.
Negotiate agreements and financing terms.
Prepare investment materials for leadership and committees.
