Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field.
• At least five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Preferred CPA, MBA, MRED, JD, or similar credential.
• Multi-state 9% and 4% LIHTC experience.
• Strong ability to analyze risks and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead LIHTC development strategy, feasibility analysis, and capital stack structuring.
• Direct preparation and review of LIHTC applications under QAPs.
• Review sources and uses, credit calculations, and operating pro formas; advise on equity pricing.
• Act as client contact, coordinate with developers, lenders, investors, attorneys, and agencies.
• Mentor staff, provide training, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
