Job summary

Amazon’s R2L Delivery organization seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs shaping the last-mile delivery network.

This role owns end-to-end strategy and execution, partnering with senior leadership to define the next steps and scale initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate combines delivery operations expertise with strong analytics, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of building capabilities from zero to one.

Defining and driving the strategic roadmap for programs across the last-mile network.

Identifying and sizing the largest opportunities and making trade-off recommendations.
Influencing investment priorities with data-driven business cases.
Serving as the connective tissue across operations, technology, and planning teams.
