Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Higher Education Partnerships to shape strategy and frameworks across multiple sites in the US. The role focuses on scaling partnerships, policy-driven MOUs, and portfolio‑level learning within the Higher Education Partnerships Department.

You will lead one national convening body for higher education leaders and collaborate with Senior Directors, legal, and finance to ensure consistent terms, incentives, and structures across sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in higher education partnerships, program strategy, account/relationship management, or related field.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make independent strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across 5–7 partner sites.
• Develop frameworks for higher education partnership structures and funding mechanisms.
• Represent HEP strategy in cross-functional planning and portfolio analysis.
• Lead one national strategic convening body (HEP Convening or Faculty Council).
• Oversee MOUs, renewals, and agreement terms with Legal input.
• Define and improve systems and data for portfolio-level decision making.
