Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate, New Sites to help grow higher education partnerships across regions including Newark, NYC, Atlanta, and Chicago. You will manage launches, coordinate with schools and internal teams, and refine strategies for stronger partnerships.

You will analyze data, prepare memos, and support communications while helping build scalable systems for new site development. This role reports to the Head of New Site Development.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in project management or sales.
• 1–3 years of data analysis and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Project manage a portfolio of new site launches across regions.
• Lead planning meetings with partner schools and internal teams.
• Review LOIs/Memorandums of Understanding with counsel.
• Support site events: speakers, talking points, invitations.
• Maintain Salesforce and update partnership data.
