Braven, a national nonprofit, seeks an Associate Director of Higher Education Partnerships in Atlanta, Chicago, Newark, or NYC. You will shape strategy, develop partnership frameworks, and lead cross‑site coordination to scale high‑education partnerships and convening bodies.

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in higher education partnerships or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; Braven does not sponsor visas.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Thought Partnership & Portfolio Leadership: serve as primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across a portfolio of 5–7 higher education partner sites.
• Develop and steward frameworks and decision rules for partnership structures, including grant incentives.
• Represent HEP strategy in cross-functional planning with a systems-level view.
