Braven is seeking an Associate Director of Higher Education Partnerships to act as a core strategic partner to Regional Senior Directors, shaping strategy and partnerships across a portfolio of 5–7 sites. The role emphasizes framework creation, grant incentives, and cross‑functional collaboration with senior leaders and legal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in higher education partnerships or related fields.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex partnerships.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across a portfolio of 5–7 higher education partner sites.
• Develop and steward frameworks and decision rules for partnership structures, including incentives and funding mechanisms.
• Represent HEP strategy in cross-functional planning and translate portfolio priorities into actionable recommendations.
• Lead internal MOUs, renewals, and risk assessment with regional and legal teams.
• Define and improve strategic frameworks and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) used by site teams.
• Synthesize data to surface patterns, risks, and opportunities that inform decisions.
• Contribute to department priorities and time-bound initiatives.
