Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director of Higher Education Partnerships in the United States. This role will shape strategy, frameworks, and partnership structures to scale Braven's impact across 5–7 partner sites, while leading one of Braven’s national convening bodies for higher education leaders.

You will collaborate with Senior Directors, Executives, and Legal to renewal MOUs, develop portfolio-wide insights, and drive cross-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in higher education partnerships, program strategy, account/relationship management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across a portfolio of 5–7 higher education partner sites, shaping strategy and decisions.
• Lead the internal strategy, planning, and coordination of MOU renewals across your portfolio, coordinating with Legal on terms and risk.
• Define and continuously improve strategic frameworks and decision-making infrastructure (Salesforce, Asana) used by regional and site-level teams.
• Own and lead one of Braven’s two national strategic bodies for higher education leaders (HEP Convening or Faculty Council) and drive engagement and outcomes.
