Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Higher Education Partnerships to shape strategy across 5–7 sites, lead national convening bodies, and guide partnership agreements with cross-functional teams. The role requires senior-level relationship management and data-driven decision making.

You will influence portfolio strategy, develop playbooks, and drive measurable outcomes while working within Braven’s Higher Education Partnerships Department.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in higher education partnerships or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic thought partner to Regional Senior Directors across 5–7 sites.
• Develop frameworks for partnership structures and funding mechanisms.
• Lead national convening bodies for higher education leaders.
• Oversee MOUs, renewals, and terms with Legal coordination.
• Define strategic frameworks and drive portfolio-level analysis.
