Job summary

Braven seeks an Associate, New Sites to build and manage partnerships with higher education institutions across multiple regions. You will drive launch planning, coordinate internal teams, and provide data-driven insights to shape partnership strategies.

The role reports to the Head of New Site Development and requires strong project management, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work in multiple hubs is offered.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree.
• 1-3 years of full-time experience in project management or sales.
• 1-3 years of data analysis and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of new site launches across regions.
• Plan regular partner school meetings; prepare agendas and collateral.
• Coordinate launch tasks and track deliverables.
• Review LOIs/MoUs with GC and Head of New Site Development.
• Support site-related events; manage speaker lists.
• Update Salesforce CRM.
