Job summary

Meta is seeking a strategic Network ENS Strategic Lead to accelerate execution across global subsea and edge networks. You will shape cross‑team alignment, drive reliability, and implement scalable processes, tooling, and data strategies with engineering, security, compliance, and vendor partners.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on technical leadership to deliver measurable improvements across the ENS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration across product, eng, security, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain execution plans and resource models across indirect teams.
• Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects and programs across data centres, networks, and logistics.
• Own planning and execution of organizational roadmaps and strategies.
• Mentor and coach engineers and managers on the team.
• Investigate complex incidents and partner with vendors to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
• Drive automation opportunities and AI-enabled solutions across the team.
• Define metrics and reports to monitor performance and vendor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to align standards and best practices.
