Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects across data centre, production network, and IT systems.
• Own planning and execution of an organizational roadmap to deliver business outcomes.
• Coach and develop engineers and managers on the team.
• Investigate complex incidents and partner with vendors to drive resolution.
• Drive automation opportunities and use AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
• Align metrics and KPIs to demonstrate business impact of operational services.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors across global sites.
