Job summary

Meta seeks a strategic Network Engineer, ENS Strategic Lead, to drive execution across cross‑functional teams and large-scale infrastructure. You will lead complex programs spanning data centres, production networks, logistics, and compliance, while shaping the roadmap and mentoring engineers.

You will partner with security, policy, and legal groups to improve reliability, automation, and AI-enabled solutions at global scale, ensuring operational excellence and vendor alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 10+ years in global network or infrastructure ops, deployment, design/engineering, or support.
• Experience with vendor partnerships and end-to-end supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects across data centres, production network, and facilities.
• Own organizational roadmap and strategy to deliver business outcomes.
• Coach engineers and managers; mentor team members and drive incident management and post-mortems.
• Develop automation plans and drive AI-enabled tooling in collaboration with partners.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align standards and improve operational performance.
