Qualifications

• 8+ years of network engineering or operations experience.
• 2+ years of leading network engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Experience overseeing large-scale deployment programs across multiple sites.
• Experience with incident management, change control, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers responsible for stable, compliant IP and optical backbone operations.
• Monitor KPIs/SLIs, triage incidents, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Sustain proactive performance and development planning for the team.
• Structure teams and guardrails to optimize delivery of business outcomes.
• Manage vendor and MSP performance to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate operational status, risk, and program updates to stakeholders.
