Responsibilities

• Lead highly cross-functional infrastructure projects and programs across data centers, production networks, and software systems.
• Own the planning and execution of an organizational roadmap to deliver business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach engineers and managers while aligning execution plans with company strategy.
• Investigate complex incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors to prevent recurrence.
