Blue Origin in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking an experienced program leader to own the strategy and end-to-end planning of our early career experience, including onboarding, programming, engagement, and conversion for interns and rotation programs.

You will design scalable, high-quality programs aligned to our mission, partner with University Recruiting, and build resources for participants, managers, and mentors to drive readiness and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (including military).
• 6+ years of program management or related experience.
• Experience delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, execution, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using data to drive program improvements.
• Ability to influence partners and work across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end planning of early career programs.
• Design scalable programming aligned to business priorities and mission.
• Partner with University Recruiting and cross-functional teams.
• Develop onboarding and enablement resources for participants and mentors.
• Manage communications for participants, managers, and mentors.
• Create immersive learning experiences across sites.
• Lead engagement strategies to foster belonging and community.
• Utilize feedback and data to improve satisfaction and outcomes.
• Oversee program operations from pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Collaborate with Communications to elevate employer brand.
