Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Early Career Recruiting, to own the end-to-end experience for interns, rotations, and other early talent hiring paths. You will partner with University Recruiting, People Operations, and mentors to design scalable programs aligned to Blue Origin's mission and culture, fostering belonging and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, university recruiting, or related fields.
• Experience owning and delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using data and reporting to drive improvements; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end planning of early career experiences (interns, rotations, and other paths).
• Design scalable programs aligned to business priorities and Blue Origin's mission.
• Lead onboarding resources, communications, and learning content for participants and mentors.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting and cross-functional teams for consistency.
• Build immersive learning experiences with peer learning, mentorship circles, and cross-site showcases.
• Oversee operational components from pre-boarding to offboarding and alumni engagement.
