Job summary

Blue Origin on Merritt Island, FL is seeking a seasoned program leader to own the strategy and end-to-end planning of our early career experience for interns and rotations. You will design scalable programs aligned to Blue Origin's mission and partner with campus recruiting to ensure consistency across initiatives.

Lead onboarding and enablement resources, manage communications, and build an alumni community. Drive engagement, measure outcomes, and continuously improve with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
• Experience owning complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, execution, prioritization, and risk management.
• Data-driven with ability to drive program improvements via feedback.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and end-to-end planning of early career experience programs.
• Design scalable programming aligned to business priorities and mission.
• Partner with recruiting teams and stakeholders for alignment across programs.
• Develop onboarding and enablement resources for participants and mentors.
• Lead communications for participants and managers, including events and updates.
• Scale innovative elements like peer learning pods and mentorship circles.
• Drive engagement strategies to foster belonging and community.
• Use feedback and data to improve satisfaction, learning outcomes, and conversion.
• Oversee program operations with onboarding and People Ops for seamless experience.
