Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Program Manager for Intern Experience to own the day-to-day operations of the internship lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—across multiple Blue Origin sites, including Huntsville. You will use established playbooks while identifying where they can improve, serving as the operational backbone of the intern program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in talent acquisition, university programs, early career, or HR programs.
• End-to-end delivery ownership from planning to closeout with data-driven improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to escalate issues with context.
• Experience cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (including military).

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of intern experience programming across the lifecycle.
• Manage calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Track, report, and analyze program metrics and survey responses.
• Build relationships with recruiters, HR partners, site teams, and managers.
