Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the internship lifecycle including onboarding, programming, mentorship, and offboarding.
• Execute a defined program within the University Programs portfolio, using established playbooks and improving where needed.
• Serve as the operational backbone of the intern experience, ensuring cohort programming happens smoothly.
• Coordinate mentor matches, ensure survey data is collected and acted upon, and resolve escalations before they become patterns.
• Collaborate with the manager and other program managers, with a clear path to expanding scope as ownership grows.
