Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States is seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to partner with HR leaders, translate strategy into concrete plans, and drive disciplined execution across HRBPs, COEs, and business partners.

You will orchestrate governance routines, build standard work, and ensure leadership decisions progress. The role supports workforce strategy, talent planning, performance management, and HR transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, talent management, program management, or related function.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear actions with defined ownership.

Responsibilities

• Connect work across HRBPs, COEs, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, dependencies, and risks across HR initiatives.
• Translate strategic direction into clear actions, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive follow-through on key leadership decisions to prevent stall.
• Create standard work, project structures, and execution mechanisms for consistency.
• Synthesize inputs into clear themes, recommendations, and action plans.
• Build and maintain cadence for HR leadership meetings and reviews.
• Prepare agendas, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure meetings focus on decisions, risks, priorities, and outcomes.
• Partner with HR leaders to gather inputs and prepare high-quality materials.
