Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager, Early Career Recruiting, to shape the intern and rotation experience across onboarding, engagement, and placement. You will partner with University Recruiting, People Operations, onboarding teams, and Communications to deliver scalable programs that strengthen the employer brand and connect alumni with future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (including military).
• 6+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, university recruiting, early talent, people programs, or a related field.
• Experience owning and delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, prioritization, and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using data, feedback, and reporting to identify insights and drive program improvements.
• Ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end planning of early career experience across the full lifecycle.
• Design scalable, high-quality programming aligned to business priorities and mission.
• Partner with University Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders for consistency and alignment.
• Develop onboarding, training, and enablement resources for participants, managers, and mentors.
• Build and manage communications for participants, managers, and mentors with key dates and events.
• Lead alumni engagement strategies to sustain belonging and community post-program.
• Use feedback and data to continuously improve satisfaction, outcomes, and conversions.
