Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting to lead and scale its corporate recruiting function during a pivotal growth phase. • Relevant Industry Experience: Experience leading corporate recruiting within hyperscalers, neocloud providers, cloud computing, AI/ML, or AI infrastructure.
• High-Growth & Scaling Experience: Proven success building corporate recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Analytical, data-driven leader who thrives in ambiguity and scale.
