Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to scale our digital infrastructure hiring. You will build and manage a world-class recruiting team, partner with executives, and drive strategic hiring roadmaps across high-growth periods.

You will implement scalable processes, leverage data to forecast risks, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve signal quality and hiring outcomes, while ensuring fast, high-quality hires across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
• Proven ability to lead managers of recruiters
• Data-driven with ability to diagnose funnel performance and forecast risks
• Experience partnering with finance, engineering, and executive leadership
• Track record of developing recruiting leaders
• Comfort with AI tools and automation in recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for Digital Infrastructure teams
• Build and scale a recruiting organization with speed, judgment, and consistency
• Drive hiring roadmaps aligned with business priorities and growth plans
• Develop reusable processes and scalable systems for recruiting
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure role clarity and accountability
• Evolve recruiting models to balance velocity with quality and consistency
• Improve intake, workflows, and stakeholder/candidate experiences
• Translate demand into structured hiring plans and identify talent gaps
