Crusoe is seeking a Director of Workforce Planning & Organizational Design to build Crusoe’s enterprise workforce planning capability and shape how the organization scales. You will partner with Finance, People, and leaders to translate priorities into plans, structures, and operating models, ensuring talent and governance align with growth.

You will drive long-range strategies, annual headcount planning, and organizational design, translating insights into practical actions and investments

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic workforce planning and org design advising senior leaders.
• Led long-range and headcount planning in fast-growing organizations.
• Expertise in organizational design, governance, and operating models.
• Strong FP&A partnership, budgets, forecasts, and cost discipline.
• Advanced workforce modeling, scenario planning, and analytics.
• Experience building scalable planning frameworks and governance.
• Excellent consulting, influencing, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategic workforce planning translating strategy into multi-year plans.
• Establish continuous planning with biannual cycles and quarterly reviews.
• Forecast demand, assess supply, identify gaps, model scenarios.
• Define org design and operating models to scale Crusoe.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Leaders to align workforce with budgets.
• Monitor plan performance and adjust staffing as business needs evolve.
