Job summary

Husch Blackwell is looking for a Lateral Recruiting Manager to manage the hiring process for lateral paralegals and attorneys. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to implement effective recruiting strategies, ensure a diverse applicant pool, and oversee all external career postings.

The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree, at least 5 years of experience in law firm recruiting, and exceptional communication skills. This position can be filled remotely or in various locations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in law firm recruiting required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products strongly preferred.
• Ability to represent the Firm in a favorable manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting and hiring processes for lateral paralegals and attorneys.
• Oversee preparation of associate job postings.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Assist with managing the operations of the lateral recruiting team.
