Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidates and Firm matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of professional personalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting and hiring processes for specified lateral paralegals and attorneys.
• Oversee preparation of associate job postings.
• Ensure that due diligence on candidates is complete.
