Maersk is seeking a Last Mile Territory Manager to define, develop and manage operations and customer support programs. You will oversee multiple locations and personnel, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability for Pilot Last Miles mission.

You will coordinate flows between haulers, delivery teams, call center and clients; manage vendors; monitor KPIs; and drive on-site presence to enforce procedures. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Last Mile Territory Manager experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Call Center and Local Client Management Teams
• Provides on‑site presence on daily, weekly, or bi‑weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures
• Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers
• Develops and maintains relations with vendors
• Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in‑home damage claims
• Interfaces with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery for customers
• Maintains monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores
