Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Last Mile Territory Manager to define, develop and manage operations and customer support programs to support Maersk's Last Mile mission and goals for service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for managing multiple locations and personnel at different locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Call Center and Local Client Management Teams.
• Provide on-site presence daily/weekly/bi-weekly to ensure procedures are followed by Haulers/Delivery Teams.
• Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers.
• Develop and maintain relations with vendors.
• Ensure follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims.
• Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery.
• Maintain monthly operation reports including statistics and customer service scores.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Last Mile Territory Manager ! Last Mile management experience is required.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing multiple locations and managing personnel at different locations.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams
• Provides on‑site presence on daily, weekly, or bi‑weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures
• Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers
• Develops and maintains relations with vendors
• Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in‑home damage claims
• Interfaces with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery for customers
• Maintains monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and market
• Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutions

Pay Range

$110,000-$130,000
