Job summary

Maersk in Tracy, CA is seeking a Last Mile Site Manager to define, develop and manage operations and customer support programs supporting Maersk Last Miles goals for service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. You will oversee multiple locations and supervise personnel at different sites.

Key duties include coordinating flow among haulers, delivery teams and client management, recruiting and evaluating haulers, and maintaining performance and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Call Center and Local Client Management Teams.
• Provide on-site presence to ensure procedures are followed.
• Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance of haulers.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
• Ensure follow-up on shipping discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Interface with end customers for effective in-home delivery.
• Maintain monthly operation reports with stats and CS scores.
