Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Last Mile Site Manager in Tracy, CA to define, develop and manage operations and customer support programs to support and meet Maersk Last Miles mission and goals for service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for managing multiple locations and managing personnel at different locations.

Qualifications

Last Mile management experience is required.
On-site leadership of operations and customer support programs.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder teams and sites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate flow between haulers, delivery teams, call center and local management.
Maintain on-site presence to ensure procedures are followed daily/weekly.
Oversee recruiting, processing and performance of haulers.
Develop and maintain vendor relations.
Track shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home delivery accuracy.
Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery.
Maintain monthly operation reports with service scores.
