Job summary

BrightView Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager who serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and additional services.

This role oversees field operations and coordinates with the Branch Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations. The position requires 3–5 years in landscaping/horticulture and strong leadership and communication skills, with travel to job sites and client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of landscaping/horticulture experience is mandatory.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and contacts.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service delivery expectations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain CRM documentation and client records.
