Job summary

DCPS in Colorado is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between commercial landscape maintenance clients and DCPS Landscape Operations. You will ensure client expectations are met through consistent service delivery, proactive communication, and effective coordination of maintenance, irrigation, chemical, and tree care services.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a Landscape Account Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Horticultural education or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property walks and generate detailed reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and resolve client issues.
• Communicate service schedules and timelines to clients regularly.
• Monitor quality of work to ensure DCPS standards.
• Present work orders for client approval and coordinate execution with internal teams.
• Collaborate with landscape divisions to address service needs and client concerns.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests.
• Identify and sell landscape enhancements to existing clients.
• Assist in estimating maintenance and enhancement services.
• Prepare and present proposals for client review.
• Support snow operations during winter months as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
