Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to guide the division's land development program, including roadway, water/sewer, earthwork, and utility coordination. The role partners with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build sites on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in land development, a relevant degree, and strong scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory coordination skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.
• Strong computer literacy including word-processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new projects on schedule using construction schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction.
• Assist in development budgets during entitlement and value-engineering.
• Coordinate with jurisdictional entities to maintain land use rights and permits.
• Oversee site work including erosion control, utilities, paving, landscaping, and post-construction as-builts.
• Manage HOA activities, budget analyses, and common open spaces.
