Job summary

Hyundai Translead is hiring a Sr. Talent Development Partner to lead the Training and Development area across the organization.

You will identify and develop training initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage curricula design, development, implementation, and evaluation to boost employee engagement and performance. You will oversee budgeting, program consistency, and the creation of effective learning paths for key roles, while staying current with instructional technologies and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related area.
• 5 years of work experience in training and development.
• Experience in content creation and maintaining training processes.
• Experience in designing training materials.
• Ability to foster mentoring relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for engaging training materials and reports.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven insights.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong decision-making, strategic and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all training initiatives for all levels in the organization.
• Maintain and ensure consistency in the planning and delivery of training standards across the organization.
• Oversee development and implementation of training programs aligned with company goals.
• Monitor training budget allocation and usage.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure program completion.
• Develop training paths for key positions and maintain clear communication.
• Recommend LMS solutions to support delivery online, in-person, or hybrid.
• Identify training needs and conduct analyses to define future requirements.
• Keep training records organized and accessible.
