Hyundai Motor Company in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Senior Manager for Talent & Organizational Development to design, lead, and deliver development programs that build leadership capacity and career pathways across the organization.

You will partner with HR, global HQ, and business leaders to drive talent reviews, succession planning, 360 feedback, onboarding for new hires, and data-driven evaluation of program effectiveness — shaping a high‑performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in organizational development or talent management.
• Experience designing leadership and development programs.
• Knowledge of Succession planning and 360 assessments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, lead and deliver OD and talent initiatives for leaders and staff.
• Collaborate with HRBP and global HQ on talent reviews and succession planning.
• Launch 360-assessment strategy and coaching for senior leaders.
• Develop learning programs for new hires and onboarding within divisions.
• Advance performance management processes with data-driven measures.
