Hyundai Translead is seeking a Sr. Manager of Human Resources to lead HR for our Illinois manufacturing operation.

You will ensure the people, systems, and employee relations foundations align with business goals, partnering with plant leadership and corporate HR to implement programs. Responsibilities include labor relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, and leadership coaching, with a focus on building a strong employee experience and driving

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (required).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant employee relations leadership in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership in labor/employee relations practices.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic and operational HR partner to manufacturing leadership, aligning HR practices to business objectives and site performance.
• Drive strong employee relations through fair, compliant practices that build trust and accountability.
• Lead labor/employee relations to support a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, requisition strategy, and hiring readiness.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws; support investigations and corrective actions.
• Support organizational design, job architecture, and compensation practices with COE partners.
• Establish HR operating rhythms to monitor workforce health and staffing effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on performance management and development.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
