Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) in Superior Township seeks an eager HRD/Learning & Development Specialist to support onboarding, learning systems, and training operations. The role focuses on coordinating onboarding, managing LMS, and providing day-to-day support for employee development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be organized, enjoy working with employees, and build experience in learning technologies and HR processes within a global automotive environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field required or preferred.
• 0–4 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development or training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HR systems, learning platforms, spreadsheets and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate learning and onboarding activities for new employees.
• Administer LMS and HRD systems; maintain courses and records.
• Schedule training sessions and manage registrations and materials.
• Assist with developing training materials and learning resources.
• Support learning campaigns and collect program feedback.
