Anderson Knight Limited is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Manager. You will shape the learning agenda, align with senior leaders and the HR team, and design a modern strategy that grows capability and leadership across the business.

You will build programmes from ground up, manage external providers, measure ROI, and embed a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate experience in a Learning & Development Manager, Organisational Development or Talent Development role.
• A track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies.
• Experience designing competency frameworks, career pathways and performance management processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• Experience managing learning budgets and demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to align people development initiatives to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned to business goals.
• Identify capability gaps and create practical learning solutions to address them.
• Design, manage and evaluate learning programmes across technical, professional and leadership development.
• Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring quality and value for investment.
• Measure learning outcomes and demonstrate ROI through reporting and analytics.
• Lead the review and enhancement of the organisation’s performance management approach.
• Develop competency and capability frameworks with clear development pathways.
• Support managers in driving high performance through goal setting, feedback and development planning.
