Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to independently assess business needs and take programs from concept through implementation.
• Experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms, including Docebo.

Responsibilities

• Translate global Learning & OD strategies into impactful programs for the U.S. business.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify gaps and scalable solutions.
• Design leadership development strategies for managers and executives.
• Support succession planning, internal mobility, and culture initiatives.
