eBSI Export Academy is seeking an experienced Learning and Development leader in the United States to design and deliver enterprise-scale training aligned with strategic goals. You will guide teams, coach staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deploy tech-enabled programs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of L&D experience, and excellent English communication skills.

• Develop and deliver learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Guide teams in creating innovative and effective training programs.

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and requirements.
• Utilize technology to improve and modernize learning delivery.
• Assess and measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
• Promote ongoing enhancement of learning approaches and methodologies.
• Ensure all programs are aligned with organizational goals and direction.
