Job summary

LaborFirst is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design, build, and manage training programs that help employees grow and perform at their best. This role owns end-to-end programs from needs analysis to measurement, partnering with subject matter experts and leadership to translate complex processes into clear, engaging training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, HR or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in program/instructional design, training, or L&D.
• Strong program management, stakeholder and data analysis skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with SMEs and leadership.
• Solid project management with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience designing content around clear objectives and practical use.
• Strong deck-building skills using PowerPoint, Lucid, Rise or similar.
• Excellent writing and editing with clear, consistent style.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to inform content design.
• Design and build onboarding and training curricula with objectives and assessments.
• Translate complex regulatory or product info into training materials.
• Produce polished training materials (presentations, guides, e‑learning).
• Ensure content stays accurate with evolving regulations and changes.
• Gather feedback and measure training impact for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple training modules and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead delivery of New Hire Orientation Days 1 and 2.
• Provide facilitation and coaching to SMEs delivering content.
