Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Lead Program Trainer to guide onboarding and ongoing education across sites, partnering with program supervisors, managers, and clients to ensure excellence and compliance. You will design, evaluate, and enhance training frameworks, lead high-impact initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, business, or related field preferred
• 5 years of progressive health care business experience (SPP, hospitals, or insurance)
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or senior training role within healthcare, pharmacy, or similar regulated environment
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage training at Orlando or OPK site locations; local to AssistRx facility
• Plan and coordinate program trainings; delegate as needed
• Monitor implementation of program features with senior management and client
• Keep training on schedule and coordinate training communications
• Create and maintain program training presentations and instructional materials
• Evaluate training outcomes using KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor junior training staff and coordinate with leadership and clients
• Lead strategic training initiatives across programs and partners
• Develop advanced training resources and client-facing presentations
• Serve as escalation point for complex training challenges
