Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Program Training Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing education for agents, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with team members, program supervisors and managers, and cross-functional departments to design, evaluate, and enhance training frameworks.

The role includes overseeing training at assigned facility sites, developing instruction, and mentoring staff while leveraging LMS and KPI data to drive improvements in patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare admin, education, or business.
• Minimum two years in a lead or senior training role within healthcare or similar regulated environment.
• Experience supervising learning programs and team members; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training at Orlando or OPK sites; local to AssistRx facility.
• Plan, coordinate, and delegate program trainings and activities.
• Develop advanced instructional materials and lead client-facing trainings.
• Monitor training outcomes with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach junior trainers and coordinate with leadership and clients.
