Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of experience in managing training-related projects or consulting on training-related initiatives.
• 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree (substitution).
• Preferred Master’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Oversees design, planning, and implementation of training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintains Learning Management System (LMS), SCORM compliance, reporting and evaluation of results.
• Leads knowledge management, governance, documentation standards, and business analysis related activities.
• Manages external resources and vendor contracts for training content and delivery.
• Develops long-range strategies for training design, development, and delivery to support performance objectives.
• Supports collaboration with sales and communications for training materials.
