Job summary

BlinkRx, a Blink HealthTM product, seeks an experienced Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for our Operations teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will manage onboarding, technical and soft skills training, maintain LMS records, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content quality and effectiveness. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trainer or training facilitator experience in a contact center or pharmacy setting.
• 3+ years of experience in a contact center or hub pharmacy environment as an agent or technician is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and classroom management skills, virtual and in-person.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Learning & Development concepts (ADDIE, ROI).
• Proactive, results-driven with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive instructor-led training programs, including onboarding, technical skills training, and soft skills development both in-person and virtually.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Ensure curriculum is aligned and properly assigned in the LMS; conduct quality assurance checks on content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with management, instructional designers, and stakeholders across Operations to ensure alignment and ideation.
• Remain knowledgeable about product offerings to support learners and stay updated on training techniques.
