Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in learning, talent management, or project coordination.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or learning technologies preferred.
• Experience creating presentations, communications, reports, and learning resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project and program management support for learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate program plans, timelines, communications, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Design and develop learning resources, toolkits, job aids, presentations, and participant materials.
• Create executive-ready communications, reports, and presentation materials.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends and support decision-making.
