Job summary

Keystone seeks a Senior Associate to deliver broad-based Learning & Development and performance initiatives. The role blends program management, communications, and measurement to drive employee growth.

This hybrid position requires coordinating multiple initiatives, delivering live, virtual, and in-person programs, and partnering with HR and business leaders to scale Keystone University training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in talent, learning and development, HR, program management, consulting, operations, or a related field.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and energetic working style with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Performance and Learning & Development initiatives from planning through execution, maintaining clear workplans, timelines, owners, dependencies, and follow‑up actions.
• Provide hands‑on logistical and operational support for live, virtual, and hybrid programs, including scheduling, enrollment, materials, facilitator preparation, technology, and post‑program follow‑up.
• Create repeatable processes, templates, trackers, and resources that improve quality, reduce administrative burden, and allow programs to scale.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a welcoming experience and ramp‑up support.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities & Administration, and leaders to move shared work forward.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze feedback to identify themes and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
