Job summary

Tennant Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (onsite) to design, develop, implement, and improve learning programs that build employee capability and drive organizational growth.

You will partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, design engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and blended formats, and manage the LMS while measuring impact for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design experience.
• Experience designing learning programs from concept through implementation.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training.
• Experience administering an LMS.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to solve performance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning programs for instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended formats.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
• Develop leadership development programs and coaching pathways.
• Administer LMS, track learner records, and generate reports.
• Measure learning impact and continuously improve programs based on data.
